Michelle Lee is a seasoned Marketing & Branding Specialist who has now transitioned into consulting, focusing on the evolving field of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) services.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University, complemented by a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from the same institution. To further enhance her expertise, Michelle completed the “Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market” program at HarvardX in September 2021. Throughout her career, Michelle has achieved significant milestones in various leadership roles. As the Chief Executive Officer of Pradotec Sales & Services Sdn Bhd from 2021 to 2024, she was instrumental in steering the company towards consistent achievement of its KPIs and business objectives. Under her guidance, Pradotec experienced a surge in brand awareness and business opportunities, driven by her strategic marketing initiatives. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in leading the technology team through the entire product development process, from ideation to market launch. Her ability to build and manage strategic partnerships with international technology providers, government ministries, and government-linked companies was crucial to the company’s growth and success.
Before her tenure as CEO, Michelle served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Pradotec from 2019 to 2021. During this period, she showcased her strategic expertise by restructuring the company’s operations to manage its burn rate effectively during the challenging pandemic. She also spearheaded efforts to enhance the company’s digital presence, resulting in increased online business activities. Her role extended to overseeing business development and sales, where she played a key role in driving the company’s growth amid global uncertainty.
Michelle’s earlier role as Business Development Manager at Pradotec from 2017 to 2019 further solidified her expertise in synergizing business development with branding strategy. She established new product lines and rebranded the company, significantly strengthening its position in the local market. Prior to joining Pradotec, Michelle was a Corporate Strategist at Imagescan Sdn Bhd from 2015 to 2016. She was instrumental in transforming the company’s traditional business model into a more modern and competitive proposition. Her responsibilities included business planning, strategy development, and organizational restructuring, ensuring the company’s long-term goals were met.
