Lee, Wei Gia (Vincent) is currently a director with SCS Global Advisory Sdn Bhd, Ceria Alliance Sdn Bhd, Borneo Eco Fish Sdn Bhd and Min Key Builders Sdn Bhd.
Vincent was previously the Senior Vice President for Corporate Finance with Hong Leong Investment Bank, advising clients on IPO, restructuring, mergers and acquisition, and fund-raising. He was also worked with several Big 5 accountancy firms in the UK, Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia. He was also previously the Chief Internal Auditor for a financial group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Vincent was awarded a BSc (Hon) from the University of Warwick and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School. Vincent is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), Hong Kong Society of Accountants (HKSA).
