Founder & Managing Director
Her career includes leadership as CEO of the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG) and senior roles at Malaysia’s Employee Provident Fund (EPF), where she has advocated for minority shareholder rights and corporate transparency. She was a director on several listed companies, including KFC, L&G and KPS. Rita’s academic credentials include an Honours degree in Economic Statistics and an MBA, complemented by continuous professional development in maritime and port management.
Currently, Rita holds key roles as a director and a capital market license holder in SCS Global Advisory Sdn Bhd, a reputable boutique capital market license firm in Malaysia. Her involvement in shaping the Advisory Committee for Access to Capital and Financing under the National Shipping and Port Council (NSPC) underscores her commitment to fostering robust capital mechanisms supporting fleet modernisation in Malaysia’s shipping industry.
Rita’s achievements have received broad recognition: she was named one of CEO Insights Asia’s Top 10 Leaders in Consulting Companies in Malaysia (2024) and honoured as the Malaysian Indian Women Icon for 2025.
Chairperson
In 2001, she rejoined CIMB Group to set-up and develop the private equity franchise formerly known as CIMB Private Equity and Venture Capital and in particular, driving the initiative to set-up the Shariah-compliant private equity funds.
She also serves as Chairman of RHB Private Equity Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and as an Independent Board Member of Magna Prima Berhad, Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP), RHB Investment Bank Berhad and the Audit Oversight Board. She is also a Director of several private-limited companies involved in a diverse range of businesses namely strategic crisis management communication and HSE consultancy.
She was formerly an Independent Non-Executive Board member for Tanah Makmur Berhad, Asiamet Education Group Berhad, Global Maritime Ventures Berhad, Investment Committee of BIMB Investment Management Berhad, Aladdin Group Sdn Bhd, Aladdin Street Dotcom (M) Sdn Bhd and Corporate Protection Malaysia (CPM) Sdn Bhd.
Dato’ Darawati was a former Chairperson of Malaysia Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (MVCA) and committee member of Malaysia Venture Capital Development Corporation (MVCDC) under SC and remains an active member of MVCA. She is also an Investment Committee member for the equity funds under Agensi Innovasi Malaysia (a unit under the PM’s office).
She holds a bachelors’ degree in Economics and Accountancy from Durham University, UK and also Master in Business Administration from London Business School, UK. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Subsequently she was Independant Chairman of the Investment Panel of Tabung Haji (2 years).
She has also been on the Board and Investment Committee of BIMB Invest , a wholly owned asset management subsidiary of Bank Islam for the last 7 years and is currently their Independant and Non Executive Chairman.
Over the last 5 years she has also been active as Partner in Singularity Ventures incubating and mentoring a group of tech companies which has since been consolidated into Singularity Connect Sdn Bhd, providing B2B AI enabled IR 4.0 digital IOT and software transformation tools for specialist industry and agri sectors.
She is also the Managing Partner (Asia)-Islamic Finance & Invesrments in Strategic Swiss Partners AG, a licenced investment and management firm based in Zurich .
She is also a member of both the Malaysian and Global External Advisory Boards of Nottingham University Business School.
She has spoken in various conferences, locally and abroad, as a thought leader on Investments and Finance.
Her professional qualification was as Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (UK) .
She has attended numerous post graduate courses includng the Investment Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Her previous contributions to continuous professional education has been as an Advisory Panel member for the Investment Management Modules for the Capitak Markets Licencing exams for the Securities Commission as well as being an External Industry Advisor for the CFA curriculum .

He returned to Malaysia in 2002 and worked in major law firms advising clients on foreign investment and conducting business in Malaysia, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate exercises, and capital fund raising via IPO exercises on Bursa Stock Exchange.
With the onset of rapid advancement in digital technology in business today and embracing AI and blockchain technology, Mohanthas actively participates in the emerging sectors in fintech, payments system and digital exchange platforms navigating the complex regulatory regimes together with particular focus on esg compliance, cybersecurity and data privacy/protection requirements.
Head, Corporate Communications & HR
Ravi’s expertise lies in blending people, technology and communication and consulting on formulating strategies while championing sustainability and responsible business practices. His consultancy work focuses on promoting sustainability and responsible business practices, drawing on his extensive experience in these areas. His entry into the realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) was a natural extension of his career. With a strong foundation in blending human resources, technological advancements, and effective communication, Ravi drives organisational success. His holistic approach not only fosters long-term value for stakeholders but also prioritises the well-being of the environment, ensuring sustainable growth for the future.
His background in IT and commitment to ESG principles is reflected in his work with ESG advisory services, working on Carbon Emissions tracking and management partnerships with digital ESG platforms. Ravi’s ability to understand environmental landscapes and his prior exposure to board requirements and sustainable business development make him ideal to lead ESG Project Management.
Ravi Menon has been certified as an SAP HR consultant and is a certified HRD Corp Trainer.

Vincent was previously the Senior Vice President for Corporate Finance with Hong Leong Investment Bank, advising clients on IPO, restructuring, mergers and acquisition, and fund-raising. He was also worked with several Big 5 accountancy firms in the UK, Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia. He was also previously the Chief Internal Auditor for a financial group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Vincent was awarded a BSc (Hon) from the University of Warwick and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School. Vincent is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), Hong Kong Society of Accountants (HKSA). Environmental
Consultant
He is currently a Board member of the Malaysia Green Building Council (malaysiaGBC), an established member of the World Green Building Council (World), with members in 73 countries globally. The WorldGBC operates through five regions: Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, and the Asia Pacific Network (APN). BK Sinha recently completed his two-year tenure as the Regional Vice Chair of the APN.
As a Project Manager in the construction industry, accounting for built environment accounts for 40 percent of all waste worldwide, he contributed to making sustainable buildings and infrastructure in Malaysia the norm rather than the exception. Amongst many other Projects, he is the innovator behind FatHopesEnergy (www.fathopesenergy.com), a leader in the region as a premier consolidator and processor of used organic fats, oils and grease to EN standard biodiesel.
His holistic experience and approach to all stakeholders’ inclusivity is his forte in all his projects. BK Sinha is also respected as a leader and mentor in many notable sustainable projects in Malaysia, Maldives, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Bikash holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering – from Delhi College of Engineering (Delhi University, India) and a Master’s in Advanced Energy and Environmental Science from – the University of East London, UK (in the final thesis stage).

Carol’s passion for senior care began in 2002 with her MBA research, sparking a lifelong commitment to understanding the needs of aging populations. Her roles as the Council Member of the Malaysia Healthy Aging Society (2016–2018) and Associate Secretary of the Gerontological Association of Malaysia (2022–2023) highlight her leadership in advancing healthcare advocacy and policy development for seniors.
Her international field studies in Australia and Japan provided her with invaluable insights into best practices for senior living and care models, which she skillfully tailors to local and regional demographics. Carol’s expertise spans strategic planning, integrated care models, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making, positioning her as a leader in transforming senior care delivery.
As the Founder and Director of Age Circle PLT, Carol spearheaded AI-enabled solutions that enhanced care personalization, wellness outcomes, and operational efficiency in elder care. Her entrepreneurial mindset and foresight continue to drive impactful, person-centered solutions.

Monica’s legal acumen and project oversight capabilities enable her to assist teams and partners in defining their expectations, structuring agreements, and navigating complex business arrangements. She plays a key role in formalizing project frameworks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining transparency in all engagements. Through her structured approach, she enhances collaboration and communication, helping teams achieve their objectives efficiently and within designated timelines.
Her ability to integrate legal expertise with business operations brings a fresh perspective to RAA, fostering a dynamic and well-coordinated working environment. With her proactive leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Monica continues to drive operational efficiency and strategic success within the organization.
Port Consultant
He possesses specialised expertise in port infrastructure development, automation of port equipment, and maintenance systems. His portfolio includes overseeing major capital investments in port assets—from conceptual design and development of technical specifications to managing procurement processes, tender evaluations, board-level recommendations, and complete end-to-end project implementation. His strength lies in balancing technical proficiency with practical business insight, enabling sound decision-making and timely execution. Sundaraja is also known for his structured and disciplined approach to solving complex operational challenges. His leadership style is inclusive and culturally aware, with a strong commitment to upholding professional values in diverse and multinational work environments.
Since 2019, Sundaraja has been engaged in consulting, extending his industry knowledge to support clients in transforming their port operations. He advises port operators and industry stakeholders on integrating Industry 4.0 technologies, focusing on digitalisation, automation, and data-driven decision-making. His work includes strategic proposals highlighting sustainable development practices, safety enhancements, operational optimisation, and cost efficiency tailored to the evolving needs of modern ports.
Finance & Admin Consultant
She obtained her Bachelor in Accounting with First Class Honours from University Malaya in 2000. She is an accountant by profession and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Subsequently, she returned to Malaysia and joined Global Process Systems Sdn, Bhd. in 2008 as Finance Manager, a company providing technology-based design and built process facilities solutions for the upstream oil & gas industry until 2013. She then served as Finance Manager for Foster Wheeler E&C (Malaysia) Sdn, Bhd., heading the treasury and accounting functions.
She was an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee and ESOS Committee of FoundPac Group Berhad from 2016 until her retirement in March 2025 in accordance with the Securities Commission’s recommendation and FoundRac Group’s Policy on Independent Directors maximum tenure.
